Theme embed not detected (AI Agents)
If the Cipzo Agent widget isn’t showing on your storefront:
Enable the embed block
In your Shopify theme editor, confirm the Cipzo Agent app embed block is enabled.
Check theme_extension_installed
In the merchant console, verify agent_merchant_profile.theme_extension_installed is true.
Verify the public token
Confirm the public token is valid and not expired.
Reinstall the extension
If still missing, remove and re-add the theme app extension, then hard-refresh your storefront.
